JWe are looking for highly motivated and results-driven TeleSales Representatives (TSRs) to join our dynamic sales team. As a TSR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to meet those needs.
- Build rapport with customers to establish trust and confidence in our offerings.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
