Gatronova is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join the team and work closely with the Director in driving strategic planning, business performance analysis, and supporting cross-functional decision-making. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent proficiency in Excel, and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with senior leadership, contributing valuable insights that influence key business initiatives and overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director and senior leadership to support strategic planning efforts and business performance reviews.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to various departments.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using advanced Excel functions to communicate findings clearly.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making by gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in developing metrics to track progress against strategic objectives.
- Support the implementation of business initiatives by providing analytical expertise and helping to measure outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, data sources, and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how analytical insights impact strategic decisions.
