- We are tiles and flooring brand. Our customers are people building their homes, offices, plazas, commercial buildings or renovating them.
- The job includes talking through WhatsApp + Facebook Chat with our customers Chat with multiple customers on Facebook and WhatsApp with customers to give them complete product information Share different product pictures with the customer as per their demand.
- Answer all their questions. Make conversation with them.
- Handle multiple customers` all types of customer queries and complaints on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram Note down itemized customer orders Handle all customer queries and tell them their orders’ status Forward customer orders to the dispatch team prompt handling of all customer queries
- Give them information about payment and delivery. Be courteous and detail
- oriented in giving all product options to customers
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong in using a mobile phone and desktop computer
- Good typing speed on mobile phone and computer
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
