Responsibilities:

  • All stages of the production process and ensure that the process runs smoothly.
  • Planning and monitoring production schedules and their alteration when necessary.
  • Coordination all the concerned departments in order to progress production as per plan.
  • To ensure proper utilization of resources on production deadlines and prepare reports on them timely.
  • Responsible for overseeing the production processes of Garments Accessories Factory;
  • Meet the daily, weekly and monthly production target.
  • Forecasting the daily, weekly and monthly production   quantity.
  • Provide Guideline to the subordinates.
  • Update the management the production status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
