- Ensure seamless communication throughout the Supply chain (GDP, GWP, Finishing) .
- Maximize the output by optimum planning of resources (GDP, GWP)
- Ensure optimum level of WIP by proper balancing from cut to pack (GDP/GWP/Finishing).
- Ensure that Special effect/ Washing are being planned with maximum utilization of resources.
- Ensure that production plan will be locked for at least 7 days, keeping in view all risk factors
- Manage time lines by involving the relevant parties, in case of any bottle necks, and ensure in time production by the external supplier / vendors.
- Analyse and reduce production bottlenecks to avoid unplanned accumulation of WIP in lines
- Coordinate with all the departmental managers involved in production before finalizing the production plan, Special effect, Washing, and commercial.
