Courier Operations Controller

Key Responsibilities

Job Booking & Coordination: Identify, book, and coordinate suitable jobs while maintaining efficient organization throughout the process.

Driver Management: Communicate effectively with drivers, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.

Route Planning: Develop practical and efficient routes to maximize productivity and reduce unnecessary travel time.

Communication & Updates: Manage calls and messages professionally, liaise with drivers, and ensure clear and consistent communication at all times.

Problem-Solving: Quickly adapt to unexpected changes and devise effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Daily Operations: Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain focus on key tasks, and ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

Required Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills; a natural British accent is highly desirable.

A sharp mind with strong common sense and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Outstanding multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Ability to learn new systems and processes rapidly.

Confidence in professional phone communication and interaction with diverse individuals.
