Course Manager

Med Exam Expert Pvt. Ltd., located in Giga Mall, World Trade Center, DHA Phase II, Islamabad, is looking for a proactive and organized Course Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of medical exam preparation courses to ensure smooth operations, effective faculty collaboration, and an excellent learning experience for students. The position includes a three-month probation period and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs75,000 to Rs85,000.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned courses, including planning, scheduling, launching, and delivery. Coordinate closely with doctors, mentors, and instructors to organize lectures, sessions, study materials, and meet academic deadlines. Collaborate with sales, marketing, LMS, and operations teams to ensure seamless course delivery. Monitor student feedback, address concerns promptly, and maintain timely communication with students to enhance their experience. Prepare detailed course calendars, lecture schedules, batch plans, and academic timelines. Track enrolments, student engagement, course completion rates, and overall course performance to identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on course progress, student feedback, and operational challenges. Ensure that course content, recorded lectures, study resources, and LMS materials are consistently updated and available on schedule. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and student satisfaction. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline course management and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in course management, academic coordination, project management, or operations. Strong organizational and leadership skills are required, along with excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools is necessary. The ability to manage multiple courses, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously is critical. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of their responsibilities.
