We are going to hire a retail sales team and wants passionate and goal-oriented sales superstars to join us:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train retail sales team through excellent planning and execution.
- Develop a winning and practical product mix for retail stores considering market standard practices to keep abreast of the competition.
- Operate and maintain smooth retail operations for people, process, and system to maximize overall store sales.
- Develop and manage a team of high performing service professional to deliver above-average customer service for over-the-counter items.
- Monitor sales trends on daily basis and suggest changes accordingly.
- Develop and implement proactive tactics to solve issues and problems effectively.
- Maintain an effective relationship with customers while demonstrating outstanding customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure all service points are organized and maintained as per the 5S methodology.
- Ensure all service points’ maintenance and housekeeping is up to Couture’s standards
Education level
- University, Bachelor's degree / Master's degree Qualifications
Experience
- 4-6 years’ experience in a leading retail brand is desired.
