At Cozmuler Engineering Pvt Ltd, we are MEP contractors based in Islamabad & Karachi.
To manage the office in Islamabad we are looking for a HR & Administration Trainee who is highly motivated to take charge and is looking for experience in leading and organizing in a growing firm.
Some of the responsibilities will be:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
