CPA ( Customer premises Associate )

A leading telecom company is seeking a skilled Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber connections. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and a customer-focused approach to effectively resolve complaints and ensure service quality. The position is full-time and based in Lahore, covering areas such as Wapda Town, Township, Bahria Town, Ferozpur Road, Ali Raza Abad, and Thokar Niaz Baig. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and have their own bike for transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure proper connectivity and functionality.
- Handle installation and repair of internet cables to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Perform TV fiber cable installation and resolve related technical issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications:
- A 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or Information Technology is mandatory.
- Proven technical skills in telecom-related installations and troubleshooting.
- Must possess a valid bike and be able to commute independently.
- Ability to work full-time at designated locations within Lahore.
