Job Title: Continuous Professional Development Coach (CPD Coach)

Our initiatives include a popular educational cartoon series broadcast nationally, a game-based learning app reaching over 1 million households, and a growing network of progressive, affordable schools. Recognized internationally, our work has been featured in major publications and honored with prestigious awards. We are now expanding our efforts to support public schools through digital teacher training programs aimed at improving educational quality, particularly in underserved regions like Balochistan.
We are looking for a Continuous Professional Development Coach to join a 3-month project focused on supporting government teachers. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience, a deep understanding of classroom challenges, and strong communication skills. This role involves coaching teachers to enhance their content knowledge and pedagogical skills, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with education stakeholders to implement effective professional development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CPD Mentors in designing and executing professional development programs for government teachers.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify specific training requirements and develop customized plans.
- Perform regular school visits, classroom observations, and coaching based on teacher needs and learning data.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on content knowledge, pedagogy, and digital education tools.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help teachers adopt new teaching strategies and technologies.
- Monitor teacher progress and deliver constructive feedback to improve instructional practices.
- Collaborate with school principals and education officials to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Stay informed about current trends in education, instructional design, and digital learning to enhance training quality.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and outcomes.
- Assist in evaluating the program’s impact through data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of instructional materials and resources.
- Support multilevel teaching, assessment, and data-use processes.
- Assist with the Assessment & Regrouping Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered.
- Previous teaching experience at primary or secondary levels is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with educational theories, instructional strategies, and digital education solutions.
- Understanding of challenges faced by teachers in Pakistan’s education system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for instructional purposes.
- Fluency in English, Urdu, and regional languages of Balochistan, both spoken and written.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, onsite, contractual position for three months (November 2026 to January 2027).
- The role requires 100% travel within the project area, primarily based in Quetta, Balochistan.
