Description
The Sr. Business Analyst will work as a liaison between the domain experts and Development Team; elicit and document requirements; drive delivery of solutions to meet the company’s business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities: ·
- Previous experience leading small teams
- Interacting with the business team / stakeholders to understand business needs
- Documenting business requirements and developing process flows through means such as functional requirements specifications, use cases, prototyping and user interface mockups
- Developing business requirements specifications that are comprehensive in coverage and understandable by both business and technical audiences
- Developing software requirements specifications on the basis of business requirement documents for developers
- Working directly with the developers to turn the business requirements into technical requirements·
- Managing multiple projects and project plans simultaneously
- Testing and verification of the implemented requirements, either directly or working with the QA team
- Train system users on new functionalities
- Perform user Acceptance testing ·
- Issue tracking and oversight to resolution driving projects from initial concept through system acceptance and post implementation support
