CraftEven, a dynamic and growing startup in Islamabad, is seeking a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join its professional and experienced design team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in-house and gain hands-on experience with real client projects within a collaborative and professional environment. The Junior Graphic Designer will contribute to brand development, marketing, and creative design initiatives, utilizing industry-standard software and emerging AI design tools to produce high-quality visual content.
The successful candidate possesses at least two years of experience in graphic design, a relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital illustration, print design, and layout. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and take direction from senior creatives. The role works from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, providing direct access to senior designers to support skill development and career growth within the startup.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and creative directors to produce original and visually appealing graphic designs for brand identity, marketing campaigns, and client projects.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Stock, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite to create high-quality digital illustrations, image edits, and print-ready artwork.
- Apply design principles such as color theory, layout design, and branding to develop cohesive and professional visual materials aligned with corporate standards.
- Incorporate new and emerging design tools, including AI-powered applications like Google Gemini, to enhance creativity and productivity in design processes.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring timely delivery of design projects while meeting the companys quality and professionalism benchmarks.
- Support the development and refinement of branding elements and marketing collateral consistent with client and company objectives.
- Continuously update the knowledge base by researching latest design trends, tools, and technologies to contribute innovative ideas that elevate the companys creative output.
- Prepare and optimize graphic assets for various platforms including digital, print, and social media, ensuring compatibility and quality across media types.
- Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative input and adapt designs based on feedback from senior team members.
- Adhere strictly to corporate design guidelines and brand standards to maintain consistency across all company and client materials.
