Job Description
Creaticks Communications is looking for fresh and experienced Customer Sales Representatives with good communication and selling skills for U.S.A based Final Expense Campaign.
Positions: 1 position open for HR Executive and 30 CSR required
Timings:
This position requires to work from 8pm-4am (Night Shift)
Salary Packages:
Basic Salary starting from 35k and Earn upto a 100k excluding Daily and Weekly Bonuses Achievable Targets.
Bonus:
We have achievable daily, weekly and monthly bonus plans.
Incentives:
Attendance Bonus, Travel Allowance and Referral Bonus
Job Requirement:
- Applicant should preferably have prior Telesales experience for US campaign
- Candidate must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum
- Strong work ethics, self-motivated and very organized
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply
· Required Skills:
- Ability to close and transfer sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Must be punctual
- Must be a quick learner
