Creative Associate

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Associate to join our team at AIO. In this role, you will be responsible for designing both digital and on-premises assets tailored for restaurants. Your work will range from social media posts and digital menus to printed flyers and in-store branding, helping restaurants effectively engage with their audience. Additionally, you will develop brand books and pitch decks that clearly and strategically communicate value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, on-brand graphics for restaurants, including social media content, digital menus, and various marketing materials.
- Create print-ready designs for on-premises collateral such as posters, table tents, standees, and packaging.
- Develop comprehensive brand books that establish visual identity and design guidelines for restaurant clients.
- Design visually compelling pitch decks to support client presentations and business development efforts.
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, and presentation work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to accept and incorporate feedback constructively, iterating designs quickly and effectively.
- Basic understanding of content strategy and brand building principles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Familiarity with storytelling through design to create engaging and memorable visual narratives.
