Creative Content & Social Media Growth Specialist

Be More Remote (BMR) is seeking a Creative Content & Social Media Growth Specialist to join their team full-time at their Lahore office. This role requires an onsite commitment from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKT. The ideal candidate will be an immediate joiner with a passion for driving organic growth through innovative content strategies and strong design skills. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, manage content workflows, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design a weekly content calendar tailored for various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive organic growth by identifying trends and maintaining consistent content delivery.
- Create high-quality graphics, UI/UX assets, and engaging short-form videos.
- Monitor trends across multiple niches and translate them into actionable content ideas.
- Collaborate directly with clients, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
- Manage and automate workflows using GoHighLevel to streamline content processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic growth, supported by measurable results and case studies.
- Strong graphic design and UI/UX capabilities, with proficiency beyond basic tools like Canva.
- Excellent spoken English skills and confidence in direct client communication.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver outcomes without constant supervision.
- Creative thinker with an innovative mindset, while also being a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
