Creative Content & Social Media Growth Specialist (Onsite)

Be More Remote is seeking a highly skilled and independent professional to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This role requires a versatile individual who can design, strategize, and drive organic brand growth while taking full ownership of the results. The position is strictly office-based, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKT. We are looking for immediate joiners who thrive in a dynamic environment and are confident in managing projects independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance organic growth across various platforms.
- Design compelling graphics and user interfaces that align with brand identity and engage target audiences.
- Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage campaigns, automate processes, and optimize client results.
- Communicate directly and confidently with clients to understand their needs and present progress updates.
- Collaborate with the team while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and deliver results without constant supervision.
- Innovate and think creatively to solve challenges and improve brand visibility and engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proven track record of driving organic growth, supported by measurable results and case studies.
- Mandatory experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
- Strong graphic design and UI/UX skills that go beyond basic tools like Canva, including proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Excellent spoken English with confidence in client-facing communication.
- Ability to take full ownership of projects and outcomes, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Tools
- Experience with CapCut for video editing is considered a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva as a supplementary design tool is acceptable but should not be the primary design resource.
