Creative Content Writer

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, and promotional content that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified candidates.
- Brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas for various digital campaigns.
- Write persuasive copy that reflects the company’s branding and communication objectives.
- Conduct research on relevant trends and audience preferences to improve content engagement.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and management teams to support hiring initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand messaging across all platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media content creation.
- Strong command of English writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.
- Ability to write persuasive, audience-focused copy that drives engagement.
- A portfolio or samples showcasing previous writing work will be considered an advantage.
