The Creative Designer role at Indegenious Designs is a full-time hybrid position based in Sindh, Pakistan, offering flexibility for remote work arrangements. This role involves developing and executing visual concepts for both digital and print media, including social media content, marketing collateral, presentations, and web interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to refine brand visuals and maintain consistency across all design touchpoints. Responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, preparing design mockups and prototypes, participating in brainstorming sessions, and iterating designs based on stakeholder feedback. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative visual concepts for digital and print materials such as social media assets, marketing collateral, presentations, and web interfaces.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand visuals and messaging.
- Create graphics, layouts, mockups, and prototypes that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs to meet expectations and improve quality.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all platforms to strengthen brand identity.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Creative Design and Graphic Design, capable of producing visually compelling concepts and assets.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Branding to create cohesive visual identities and support brand guidelines.
- Experience in Web Design, including designing user-friendly and responsive digital interfaces.
- Proficient use of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating relevant design work across both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience working in agency or marketing environments is preferred.
