Creative Designer

This full-time internship role offers a unique blend of design and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will monitor market trends, transform insights into engaging and interactive content, and leverage this content to generate leads. This position provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those early in their careers to gain hands-on experience with the potential for full-time conversion. The role is based in Karachi, with a preference for candidates residing nearby, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content:
- Create social media posts, advertisements, banners, presentations, and various marketing materials.
- Develop interactive content including carousels, short videos/reels, animated posts, polls, and visuals for landing pages.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.

Market Research:
- Regularly research new design, marketing, and industry trends.
- Analyze and track market activities to identify effective strategies.
- Propose innovative content ideas and campaigns based on research findings.

Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and company profiles to support client acquisition.
- Follow up on leads and assist in converting prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team during meetings and client communications.

Required Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and the elements that make content engaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Self-motivated, curious, and quick to adapt to new tools and trends.
