Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and designs for various campaigns, including digital advertisements, social media content, print materials, and branding collateral.
- Create graphics, refine layouts, and prepare design files while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with account and marketing teams to interpret creative briefs, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Stay updated on current design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of client campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities and campaign concepts.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design to produce engaging assets for both digital and print media.
- Experience in Web Design, with the ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing layouts for websites and online campaigns.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant education or training in design or a related field, supported by a portfolio showcasing recent work.
