Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Graphic Designer based in Lahore to join our team on a project or contract basis. This role offers consistent work with the possibility of developing into a long-term partnership for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will possess a strong portfolio, a modern design aesthetic, and experience working with e-commerce and digital marketing materials. This position requires someone who can deliver creative, high-impact visuals that support marketing objectives and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling social media ad creatives optimized for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
- Develop promotional banners, branding assets, and e-commerce visuals that align with overall marketing strategies.
- Enhance product photography and create marketing graphics to support campaigns and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- A robust portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and effective design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva or other basic editing tools is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing design principles and standards.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently with punctuality and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Residency in Lahore is essential to ensure smooth coordination and occasional on-site collaboration.

Work Mode and Compensation:
This opportunity is offered on a project or retainer basis, providing flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting. The monthly compensation ranges from Rs21,660.16 to Rs84,097.84, depending on experience and the scope of work involved. While remote work is possible, the role primarily requires availability for in-person collaboration at the office as needed.
