Creative Lead

AMG Technologies 2.0, Bahria Town, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Lead who can bring fresh ideas to life, lead our creative team, and create impactful visual content that strengthens our brand across digital platforms.(Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative team and manage day-to-day design projects.
Develop engaging concepts for social media, recruitment campaigns, and digital marketing.
Maintain high design standards and consistent brand identity.
Review creative work, provide feedback, and guide the team.
Work closely with management and marketing teams to deliver projects on time.
Use modern design software and AI-powered tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience; leadership experience is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and social media creatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Strong creative thinking, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and AI tools is a plus.
