Overman Studios, based in Karachi, is seeking a Creative Project Manager specializing in video production to join our full-time, on-site team. We focus on documenting architecture, interiors, real estate, and the built environment through films, photography, and digital content. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects from the initial client brief through shoot planning, post-production, and final delivery. This role requires coordinating the creative and production teams, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Salary ranges from PKR 120,000 to 160,000 gross per month, depending on demonstrated capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable scopes, deliverables, and production schedules.
- Coordinate all aspects of shoots, including site access, crew management, editors, and design requirements.
- Manage client feedback, approvals, and revision cycles efficiently.
- Monitor team capacity, project costs, and delivery timelines to ensure commitments are met.
- Identify any changes in project scope and secure approval before proceeding with additional work.
- Maintain up-to-date project records and provide concise weekly updates to the founder.
- Develop and implement reliable workflows that enable the team to operate independently and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing video production, branded content, or creative agency projects.
- Demonstrated ability to personally manage deadlines, client communications, and production coordination.
- Working knowledge of both shoot and post-production processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
- Availability to work on-site in Karachi, including scheduled shoot and site visits.
