Creative Strategist

We are seeking a Creative Strategist who excels at crafting compelling ad copies and concepts that effectively drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand voices and consumer psychology, with the ability to write persuasive ad content tailored specifically for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration with design teams to develop engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and high-converting ad copies for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with designers to conceptualize visuals and creatives that align with overall campaign strategies.
- Conduct research on target audiences to develop messaging that truly resonates.
- Create multiple ad copy variations for A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital advertising, consumer behavior, and competitor campaigns to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in copywriting, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful ad copy and campaign concepts.
- Ability to understand and adapt to various brand tones and industries with ease.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing funnels and persuasive writing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.

Additional Information:
The working hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10, Karachi. The salary offered is competitive and aligned with current market standards.
