Creative Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor & Videographer to join our team onsite at Lakshmi Chowk, Lahore. This full-time role requires 3 to 7 years of professional experience in video editing, videography, and motion graphics, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered video production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, digital advertisements, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions. You will independently manage the entire video production process, from concept development and shooting to advanced editing and final delivery, working Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce professional videos tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and branded content.
- Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring optimal camera settings, lighting, composition, framing, and overall visual quality.
- Apply advanced editing techniques, including seamless transitions, motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and sound design.
- Utilize AI-powered video generation and editing tools to boost creativity and production efficiency.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronization, and final video optimization.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling video concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
- Manage multiple video projects independently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing technologies, AI tools, and digital content trends.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in video editing, videography, or video production.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality commercial, promotional, and social media videos.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing skills, creative storytelling, and professional videography.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and post-production.
- Strong experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Practical knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for professional colour correction and grading.
- Experience using CapCut or similar tools to create engaging short-form social media content.
- Solid understanding of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, camera angles, framing, and shooting techniques.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, including pacing, composition, sound design, and audience engagement.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept through final delivery with strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
