Creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer

Topspot Media is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of visual storytelling, audience psychology, and current design trends. This role requires proficiency in modern design tools and the ability to create eye-catching, click-worthy thumbnails that effectively drive engagement across digital platforms. The designer will work closely with content teams to develop visuals that align with video topics, titles, and audience preferences while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging and high-converting thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Develop creative concepts tailored to video topics, target audiences, and content goals.
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and top-performing thumbnails to inspire innovative designs.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools and effective prompting techniques to create and enhance visual assets.
- Experiment with layouts, colors, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy to maximize viewer impact.
- Collaborate with team members, understand project briefs, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand standards.

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of thumbnail design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and prompting methods.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to develop creative concepts based on data and trends.
- Knowledge of audience psychology and the ability to create visually compelling, click-worthy content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous thumbnail design work is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in thumbnail designing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg 3, Grand Square Mall, Lahore.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The monthly salary range is Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
