Billing Nest (Private) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Executive to join its team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. healthcare credentialing and be skilled at managing complex provider enrollment processes. This role involves overseeing the entire credentialing lifecycle for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with network standards, and maintaining accurate provider data across multiple platforms. The position suits a proactive professional who can efficiently resolve issues and maintain strict adherence to healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Maintain and update provider information across CAQH, NPI/NPPES, PECOS, and various payer portals.
- Handle both individual and group provider enrollments from initiation through completion.
- Track all credentialing applications to ensure timely processing and network participation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with payers and take ownership of resolving any credentialing issues.
- Ensure all provider documentation is current, compliant, and securely stored in accordance with U.S. healthcare credentialing standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in U.S. healthcare credentialing.
- Residency in Rawalpindi or Islamabad with the ability to commute daily to the office.
- Proven expertise in managing Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments.
- Hands-on experience working with credentialing systems such as CAQH, PECOS, and NPI/NPPES.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meticulously track applications and follow up persistently.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the capability to independently resolve issues related to both individual and group enrollments.

- Competitive salary range between PKR 40,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
