Meds Nexus is looking for a dedicated Credentialing Executive to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This role operates during the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (PKT), Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex credentialing challenges that impact billing processes. You will work closely with U.S. insurance representatives to address application rejections, dispute closed insurance panels, and collaborate with billing teams to release claims held due to provider credentialing issues. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth credentialing workflows and timely claim approvals.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Credentialing Issues: Manage and overcome complex delays in credentialing applications by liaising directly with U.S. insurance companies.
- Appeals and Disputes: Prepare and submit formal appeals for applications that have been wrongly rejected or for insurance panels that have been closed incorrectly.
- Unblock Billing Claims: Work alongside billing and accounts receivable specialists to resolve claims held up due to missing provider IDs or errors related to billing locations.
- Proactive Follow-Ups: Regularly contact insurance providers and monitor online portals to verify effective approval dates and obtain official approval documentation.
- Provider Additions: Update provider locations, Tax ID information, and add rendering providers to insurance rosters accurately and promptly.
- Status Reporting: Generate weekly progress reports using MS Excel that detail application statuses, pending approvals, and resolved credentialing issues.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BS, BA, or equivalent).
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of substantial experience in U.S. medical billing credentialing, including handling appeals and resolving network-related problems.
- Skills: Strong English communication abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work on-site during the designated night shift hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Work-Life Balance: Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) to ensure rest and personal time.
- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based increments, annual loyalty rewards, inflation bonuses, loan support, salary advances, and Employee Endowment Fund Program (EEFP).
- Leave and Medical Benefits: Paid leaves, leave encashment options, and medical provisions are included.
- Office Amenities: Complimentary dinner provided nightly on-site, along with daily tea and green tea breaks to support employee well-being.

Candidates should be prepared to commute to the office located in Rawalpindi and be comfortable working the night shift schedule. Applicants will be asked about their current and expected salary, total relevant experience, and notice period status during the application process. This is an in-person role requiring consistent attendance during the specified hours.

If you have a strong background in U.S. medical credentialing and are looking for a stable, well-supported night shift position, this opportunity at Meds Nexus offers a rewarding environment with excellent benefits.
