Credentialing Specialist

Efay IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credentialing Specialist to join their team in Rawalpindi. This role involves supporting healthcare providers across the United States by managing provider credentialing processes, coordinating with insurance companies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in provider credentialing and insurance coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process healthcare provider credentials accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain and update provider records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate communication between healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate credentialing processes.
- Follow up on credentialing, re-credentialing, and pending verifications to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in provider credentialing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Commercial Market area of Rawalpindi. The shift timing for this role is from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
