Credentialing Specialist

Efay IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credentialing Specialist to join their team in Rawalpindi. This role involves supporting healthcare providers across the United States by managing provider credentialing processes, coordinating with insurance companies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credentialing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process healthcare provider credentials accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain updated provider records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate credentialing processes.
- Follow up on credentialing, re-credentialing, and pending verifications to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in provider credentialing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
