(Business Development & Customer Support)

We shall provide you all the tools to find potential clients, projects they are working on, communication methods, complete product training, assistance in securing deals and maintaining client relationships. In addition to the basic salary and dinner, we offer you a share in the company so you will be a part owner.
Your tasks will include:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. This will be made very easy for you with the right tools and training.
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Acquisition of new customers and customer consulting in order to reach sustainable sales results (email, CRM tool, Text and calls)
- Act as a bridge between the client and the engineering team through company’s software
- Execution of the whole sales process from first contact to closure
- Reporting of marketing / sales results to the sales director and the management
- Constant follow-ups with the client on our customer service and product quality feedback
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- You will have to handle both in-bound and out-bound calls (30% of your daily work, 70% will be related to account/client management)
It is very simple;
Contact Business Owners > Make Sale and you get a percentage > constant Follow ups > Make more sales with the same client & grow your percentage
- Degree in business, communications, marketing (or similar)
- At least three years of professional experience in Tele US based marketing / Sales
- Great negotiation skills and sales focus
- Experience with current web services and social media channels
- Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and more
- First hand experiences in inside sales
- Affinity to construction technology services
- Excellent communication skills and high service and customer orientation
- Fluent in English, native language (Verbal/written)
- Strong writing skills and affinity for developing creative written text
- Independent and proactive approach, efficient and structured way of working
- Enthusiasm and the desire to constantly drive things forward
- Good computer skills
Basic + Bonus + Dinner (In first year you can average between 50,000 – 80,000) as you take more client under your umbrella your share in the company will grow. You should make more than 120,000/month in year 2.
