As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of FinTech. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with our vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our FinTech AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with AI research and development teams to integrate the latest AI technologies into our products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitive landscapes in the US and EU financial sectors.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the US and EU markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the FinTech industry, with a proven track record of developing successful AI-based products.
- 1 year as a software developer
- Extensive experience working with US or EU-based companies, with a deep understanding of the regulatory and business environments in these regions.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
