• Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices and feeding data in Quick Book software.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
  • Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
  • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database.
  • Offer support and guidance during audits.
  • Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
  • Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
  • Key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Preparation of monthly & annual financial statements & Reports to seniors.
  • Ensuring an accurate & timely monthly and year-end close.
  • Overseeing all type of tax matters and coordination with tax consultants
  • Collaboration with other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
  • Ensure effective financial system; identify risks & develop counter strategies to mitigate risks.
