The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience in garment finishing techniques and industrial engineering processes. This role calls for a detail-oriented individual skilled at analyzing production lines, resolving bottlenecks, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The professional must work meticulously to guarantee that every order is completed on time while adhering to rigorous quality and process standards, thereby supporting Crescent Bahuman Limiteds commitment to delivering superior garment finishing services.
Responsibilities

Lead the garment finishing production line to achieve planned capacity of 5000 pieces while maintaining high efficiency.
Identify and address bottlenecks within the production process to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Prepare and execute production planning to align with overall business goals and delivery schedules.
Monitor and maintain product and process quality standards to meet compliance and customer expectations.
Ensure proper closing of orders as per the defined production plan and timeline.
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics for seamless operations.
Analyze production data to recommend improvements in garment finishing techniques and process flows.
Implement industrial engineering principles to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
Maintain documentation related to production activities and quality assurance for reporting and audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing productivity and product quality.
