Key responsibilities & duties

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Labor laws.
Manage end-to-end Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) matters.
Maintain effective liaison with labor departments, EOBI, PESSI, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Process WWF Programs i.e. Marriage Grant, Death Grant and Educational scholarships.
All Statutory & Regulatory Labor Law Compliances.
Support in managing labor related cases and visits to the labor court.
