Production Manager Washing

Crescent Bahuman Limited is seeking a skilled Production Manager Washing with extensive experience to lead and manage the garment washing production section. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in denim garment washing and production processes. This role involves overseeing daily and monthly production targets, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring both quality and productivity standards are met consistently. The manager will supervise a team of 10 individuals, allocating manpower effectively while monitoring their attendance and performance to maximize operational efficiency. The Production Manager Washing plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of washing operations by coordinating with the maintenance team for proper equipment utilization and adhering strictly to safety protocols and company policies. This position demands strong leadership skills, meticulous planning, and a thorough understanding of garment washing operations to meet customer order deadlines and maintain compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and achieve daily and monthly production targets to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
Coordinate and organize production schedules effectively based on customer orders and delivery deadlines.
Supervise a team of 10 persons, allocating manpower, and monitoring attendance and performance to ensure high productivity.
Ensure efficient and effective garment washing operations while maintaining stringent quality and productivity standards.
Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure proper operation, upkeep, and utilization of all washing machinery and equipment.
Implement and enforce compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and labor regulations within the washing production area.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain clear communication channels with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
Monitor production data and prepare regular reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance within the washing section.
