Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly with a smile and maintain eye contact while respecting a safe distance to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by encouraging positive feedback and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards by ensuring tables and dining areas are clean and sanitized, and by promoting a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Manage time effectively by accurately submitting orders to the kitchen, delivering food promptly, and serving customers efficiently to maximize satisfaction and support business growth.
- Demonstrate strong business knowledge by presenting menus and specials, making informed recommendations, answering customer questions, and staying updated on menu items and ingredients.
- Collaborate with fellow servers and staff to ensure smooth operations and handle customer complaints professionally in line with company policies.
- Handle billing processes accurately, including cash and card transactions, adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate clearly and honestly with customers and team members, taking personal ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring understanding of all company and store-level communications.
