A. Site Management/ Quality Control:
1. Keep stock of the quality and quantity of materials and equipment,
2. Supervise and track progress on civil works,
3. Ensure quality of works is as per design and quality,
4. Manage contractors and labor,
5. Ensure timely delivery of works ,
6. Ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols at site, for labor and materials,
B. Reporting and Record management
7. Keep record of purchases/ expenditures
8. Manage books/ record of payments and payments to labor, vendors/contractors,
9. Manage correspondence and negotiations,
10. Report progress on works to Project Manager,
11. Any other duty in relation to Project management.
