Inflection Club is a private co-investment community designed for accredited investors, operators, and family offices seeking direct access to pre-IPO investment opportunities in companies shaping the future. Operating under Catalyst Capital Holdings, we offer curated access to early and late-stage deals typically reserved for institutional allocators such as endowments and pension funds. Our portfolio includes innovative companies like Anthropic, Polymarket, Kraken, and Lovable. We believe the most significant returns in the coming decade will come from companies leveraging advancements in artificial intelligence, robotics, longevity, and next-generation infrastructure. Unlike traditional funds, Inflection Club operates as a membership-based club where each member selects their investments independently. We manage all aspects of sourcing, due diligence, SPV formation, legal processes, reporting, and community engagement to ensure a seamless experience.
