We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive with hands-on experience in HubSpot, particularly Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, to support and enhance our marketing and sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our CRM system, maintaining high data accuracy, and enabling strategic decision-making through insightful reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying challenges, recommending improvements, and collaborating across departments to boost customer engagement, optimize lead management, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Oversight & Reporting: Oversee daily HubSpot CRM activities to maintain data accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular audits and updates of CRM records to support reliable reporting and customer segmentation. Monitor system performance and generate periodic reports on key metrics such as data integrity, engagement trends, and segmentation effectiveness. Create and maintain dashboards that provide real-time CRM insights for stakeholders.
Automation & Workflow Optimization: Develop and enhance automation workflows within HubSpot that align with marketing and sales processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automated customer journeys. Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Campaign Monitoring & Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of email campaigns via HubSpot and instantly platforms. Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to guide optimization efforts.
Data Integrity & Enrichment: Uphold data quality standards through regular cleaning and deduplication of CRM data. Support data enrichment efforts using integration tools and manual processes as needed. Work closely with teams to improve data collection methods and ensure consistency across systems.
Insights & Strategic Recommendations: Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that enhance customer journeys and align with business goals. Provide ongoing recommendations based on system usage, engagement analytics, and lead behavior patterns. Partner with stakeholders to refine segmentation and targeting strategies informed by data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Software, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of practical experience with HubSpot, especially Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including data management, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- Proficiency in HubSpot’s reporting and automation features.
- Experience in delivering data-driven insights and collaborating effectively with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Solid knowledge of email marketing compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and enrichment processes.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Basic programming skills, preferably in Python, for automation or data handling tasks.
- Experience with WordPress, including creating, editing, publishing pages, and managing website content.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
