Key Responsibilities
- Drive CRM & Lifecycle Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive customer lifecycle journeys, focusing on activation, engagement, retention, and win-back to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Lead Marketing Automation Initiatives: Design and scale automation projects aimed at improving marketing efficiency and campaign scalability. Manage the execution and performance tracking of key Martech projects.
- Oversee Content & Messaging: Manage the content strategy for CRM campaigns, ensuring all communications—including push notifications, email, in-app messages, and SMS—are engaging, personalized, and aligned with the brand voice.
- Optimize Channel Performance: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing channels, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance both technical delivery and content engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in marketing analytics with demonstrated expertise in Martech, CRM lifecycle management, and content strategy. Proven ability to track and optimize marketing channel performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.
- Platform Mastery: Practical experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Clevertap, or Moengage, along with familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and multi-channel marketing analytics.
- Content & Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and content management capabilities, with a history of producing customer-centric messaging that drives engagement and action.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Experience with SQL, Python, or other data processing languages. Knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and handling large marketing datasets.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent data interpretation skills, experience conducting A/B tests on both technical and creative elements, and the ability to derive actionable insights.
