Royal Power Motorcycle is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of two sales teams. This role requires a motivated individual who can effectively manage sales operations, ensure team productivity, and maintain strong customer engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, tracking sales metrics, and supporting management with insightful reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of two sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Track sales performance, set targets, and evaluate team productivity regularly.
- Organize and maintain sales and customer data, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations and address any challenges promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred; however, candidates with less experience but strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365 applications is essential.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable managing and motivating a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month.
- Lunch allowance provided from Monday to Saturday.
