MedNexus, a prominent provider of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, is looking for a meticulous CRM Specialist to join our US Medical Billing team. This full-time, on-site position operates during the US night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. The ideal candidate will oversee client relationship management workflows, system communications, and ticketing processes to ensure smooth coordination between healthcare clients and internal RCM teams. Responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and optimizing customer databases and communication channels to guarantee timely resolution of queries, efficient account onboarding, and accurate data integration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily CRM operations, ensuring client inquiries, billing tickets, and practice onboarding activities are tracked and resolved within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Accurately document all communications, operational updates, and service requests from US healthcare practices using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or proprietary systems. Collaborate cross-functionally by routing client requests, billing questions, and account updates to appropriate internal teams, including RCM operations, accounts receivable follow-up, and verification of benefits (VOB). Develop and implement automated communication triggers, email templates, and follow-up reminders to improve workflow efficiency. Prepare weekly account engagement reports for management review. Maintain data integrity by ensuring client accounts, contact directories, and practice profile documentation are accurate and compliant with HIPAA security standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience managing CRM platforms within US Healthcare RCM, BPO, or client service settings. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or custom ticketing software is essential, along with familiarity with healthcare practice management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A solid understanding of the US Medical Billing lifecycle, client onboarding processes, and ticket escalation procedures is required. The ability to work fixed night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM on-site is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are necessary for professional interactions with US healthcare providers and practice administrators. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
