Cross-Platform App Development Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Multan, offers practical, industry-focused IT training aimed at preparing young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. We are currently seeking a Cross-Platform App Development Instructor to join our onsite team full-time. In this role, you will teach trainees how to develop Android and iOS applications using a single codebase, guiding them from basic concepts to publishing their own functional apps.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and live-coding labs following the approved curriculum.
- Break down programming and app development concepts clearly for beginners, using both English and Urdu.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, coding exercises, assignments, and quizzes.
- Review trainee code regularly and provide guidance through mini-projects and a final capstone project.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit detailed reports to the program management team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help to keep up with the coursework.
- Mentor trainees on building app portfolios, using GitHub, freelancing strategies, and job application processes.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, including expertise in at least one state management approach.
- Experience integrating Firebase and REST APIs into mobile applications.
- A portfolio of at least two published apps on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Ability to live-code, debug, and explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them build confidence.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React Native or native Android development using Kotlin.
- A proven freelancing background in mobile app development.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles.
