Crowe Pakistan is in search of “AM Shared Services – Financial Advisory”. The position primarily supports the Manager in providing financial advisory services to clients across various industries. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and executing financial advisory projects and assisting in the overall delivery of high-quality services to clients. The role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts management, payroll management, taxation, and client management within the Shared Services division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop financial models, conduct data analytics, and generate insightful reports for management decision-making.
- Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems such as SAP B1, Odoo, and Quick Books, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders, effectively conveying complex financial information.
Required Skills:
- ACCA or CA Inter (Article Completion).
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts management, payroll management, taxation, and client management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP B1, Odoo, and Quick Books.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including financial modeling and data analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
- Excellent presentation skills, enabling effective delivery of information to diverse audiences.
