Job Descriptions:·
- The Business Development Executive needs to work with the management to create a detailed sales analysis and assist with other administrative tasks
- The Executive will be responsible to assure that professionalism, productivity and quality are maintained and continually improved throughout the organization
- The candidate must be confident enough to Lead the daily basis internal & external meetings
- It also includes other tasks related to quality and training of the sales team with Manager
- Need to work with the management to create a detailed sales analysis
- Reviews quality of work and performance of Sales Agents through live monitoring and use of call recording system and applications.
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of products and services
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
- Good customer focus
- Sharp attention to detail- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent attributes
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time
