Business Development & Operations Manager

Crown Trading seeks a proactive and results-oriented Business Development & Operations Manager to lead and enhance our business growth and operational effectiveness. This role requires a professional with a strong background in strategic planning, customer relationship management, and market research. The successful candidate will oversee a team of five, ensuring alignment with company objectives while driving innovative business strategies. Located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, the candidate must be able to attend regular meetings and initially work in a hybrid model before transitioning to full-time office presence post probation. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is mandatory, reflecting a proven track record in managing business development initiatives and operational workflows effectively. The role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills combined with solid research capabilities to identify market opportunities and optimize operational processes. The manager will spearhead project management efforts while maintaining operational efficiency, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on leadership. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
Lead and manage a team of five professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize customer retention and business expansion.
Coordinate cross-functional projects ensuring milestones are met on time and resources are effectively allocated.
Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall workflow productivity.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with senior management to refine organizational goals and strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all business and operational activities.
Facilitate communication and meetings with team members, clients, and stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
