Salesman

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Salesman at Crusteez Donuts. As a Salesman, you will play a crucial role in promoting our delicious donuts and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer who visits our store.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Assist customers in selecting their desired donuts, offering recommendations and providing detailed product information.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including display cases, counters, and dining tables.
Prepare and serve donuts and other menu items accurately and efficiently.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Uphold our quality standards by ensuring that all products meet our freshness and presentation guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Promote new products, special offers, and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service at all times.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them.
