Crystal System Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top IT talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Job location: on-site

Working hours: European working hours

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, identify, and attract highly skilled IT professionals through various channels, including online platforms, social media.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical skills to determine candidate suitability.
Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any HR-related field is considered as a plus).
Previous experience as a back-office assistant, support (call center).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent english - mandatory.
